How many rapes and sexual assaults on cruise ships?

All women should be a paying attention to the recent news that cruise lines do not typically disclose the statistics about “crimes at sea.” For the first time ever, the three largest cruise lines in the world reported this information on their website. Of course it comes only after pressure from US Congress and crime victims groups. Notice the fine print:  the most common allegations were rape and sexual assault, only followed by theft!  No wonder the cruise lines wanted to keep this information secret.
