She went directly to the UN Security Council! and simply said what we all know is true: To use rape as a weapon in war is totally unacceptable. All the Council (that represents hundreds of countries around the world) has to do is say is this: “Yes we as a group agree that using sexual violence in conflict is a horror that must stop.” Why is that so difficult to do?
