200,000 women forced to have sex during war get a memorial

During the Second World War about 200,000 Chinese and Korean women were forced to have sex with Japanese soldiers in military brothels. There is a memorial in their names in New Jersey that is causing some commotion. Apparently Japanese officials want the memorial taken down. No surprise I guess. Like the Holocaust, however thse memorials not only help heal bt also help us remember to never let it happen again.  Similar memorials are to be built in Los Angeles, San Franscisco and New York.
