My favourite book this week is Perfect Love, Imperfect Relationships: Healing the Wound of the Heart by John Welwood. If you are in a relationship you must read this book. John Welwood is so wise in identifying the real problem in all relationships and that is YOU. You cannot have intimacy unless you heal

It shows how although women and men both suffer from absurd work expectations, women also face the “career crushers” of discrimination and stigma from taking time off – that men do not.
