Flexible work is the answer for women lawyers

Thanks to Linda Robertson, a Lawyer Coach who wrote a great article on how Australian Law Firms are embracing flex-time for lawyers. Right now very few Canadian law firms offer flex-time or part time work, suggesting its not profitable. In Australia almost 70% of law school graduates are female, so many firms had to adjust if they wanted to attract and keep these lawyers. So perhaps women lawyers, like male lawyers can actually raise families and have great careers at the same time. Go figure!
