Law School is Turning Human

I attended a Symposium Last Year in Berkeley on the Mindful Lawyer. Many of the speakers have contributed to the recent Touro Law Review which is devoted to legal education. It includes the following: Humanism Goes to Law School which is a summary of law school activities in the USA; Victor Goode’s article on CUNY’s Contemplative Practices Program; Scott Rogers article on The Mindful Law School and  Gretchen Duhaime’s essay: Practicing on Purpose: Promoting Personal Wellness and Professional Values in Legal Education. Thanks to Marjorie A. Silver, Professor of Law, Touro Law Center for this news.
