Sally Armstrong, a member of the Order of Canada and three-time Amnesty International Award winner will be speaking in Vancouver on March 25 at 7:30 at st Andrews Wesley on Burrard for $21. She just wrote a new book: Ascent of Women which is getting rave reviews. She shows us that the fight against female oppression is expanding around the globe, and very quickly.
