Watch out for painful devices disguised as bras

I went shopping for a bra with my daughter a few days ago. We were not successful. We went into about four shops and this is what I discovered. About 99% of bras have “under-support wires” in them. These are designed to lift up and shape breasts. These wires dig into ribs if a woman moves in any way at all. About 95% of bras have thick padding – in all sorts of shapes and sizes. These are designed to make all breasts look bigger and rounder. I like my breasts. I like being comfortable.

I do not want bigger or pushed up breasts. Surely women could not be designing these painful devices? And more importantly is all this pushing and squeezing only for the purpose of attracting men (from underneath our clothing) ?  I can’t even go there. Its just too sad.
