Not long ago I read an article on how to create a movement. It said to do three things. First describe the problem (e.g. sexism) then create a new vision (e.g. all women are treated fairly) and then give a voice to those you serve (e.g. women who suffer from sexism). I think this is very good advice and exactly what I am trying to do by publishing e-books, blogs and e-articles on Feminine Intelligence. But I think there is so much more work too. I think the key is to attract like-minded people and avoid naysayers.
Then you must create place for those people to interact and engage both with you and with each other so that the movement will evolve with their suggestions. This is true collaboration. Once I figure out how to do it, I will be on my way! I welcome suggestions.
